Albuquerque – On Monday, January 9th, 2023, Albuquerque Police announced they have one suspect in custody and a firearm related to at least one case of homes/businesses of Democrat politicians being shot at.
APD was tight lipped on who the suspect was or may be and how they were able to piece together the cases. The press conference lasted less than 8 minutes with a brief statement from the APD Police Chief and Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller.
All the court documents have been sealed in the case as investigators are piecing together the rest of the case and see if the other five cases are related.
“He is below 50,” said APD Police Chief Harold Medina on the suspect.
So far, six Democrat politicians have come forward saying their homes or places of business have been shot at. There have been no physical injuries and only property damage from the shootings.
We will update the story when the suspect is formally named.
