According to Daren DeAguero, Albuquerque Police Department’s PIO, around 7:05PM, APD’s Traffic Unit was investigating a serious crash that happened at Monroe St NE and Candelaria Rd NE. This accident involved a vehicle versus motorcyclist.
According to APD, the motorcyclist was transported to the hospital where they are currently listed in critical condition.
Due to the severity of the accident, the area of Monroe St NE and Candelaria Rd NE will be closed during the crash investigation.Â
