BCSO is updating the public on a deputy-involved shooting that killed Max Justin Marlatt, a Michigan fugitive wanted for criminal sexual contact of a minor. The shooting occurred in a Walmart parking lot. Authorities are still investigating and will hold a press conference after completing interviews with those involved.
