Convicted Felon and Repeat DWI Offender Kills Man in Latest DWI

Albuquerque –

Kyle Crespin is no stranger to driving while intoxicated. This last Friday he was seen driving erratically and smashed his F-350 into a Dodge truck in the North Valley.

The crash killed the driver and injured the passenger of the truck. According to the criminal complaint, Crespin admitted to taking Xanax and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. A warrant was approved for his blood.

Crespin has five DWIs in the last six years and a felony of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon conviction.

His pre trial detention hearing will be scheduled for early this week. He is charged with homicide by vehicle.
