Two former Albuquerque Police Officers, Josh Montaño and Honorio Alba, Jr., were federally charged for bribery linked to DWI cases in Bernalillo County. They pled guilty to accepting over $5,000 in cash and valuables in exchange for not charging offenders. Both face 10-20 years, per charge, in federal prison.
