Albuquerque, NM –
On May 13 at around 7:15 a.m. during peak rush hour traffic a New Mexico State Police officer was on patrol on Paseo Del Norte, traveling east bound near 2nd street. The officer watched a Nissan Pathfinder pull up to the passenger side of a Toyota 4-Runner, both were also traveling east on Paseo Del Norte. The driver of the Nissan, later identified as Paul Marquez, 22, of Rio Rancho, pointed a handgun out the driver-side window and fired three shots into the passenger side of the Toyota all while being followed by the officer.
The officer immediately conducted a traffic stop on the Nissan, and Marquez was taken into custody without further incident or any use of force. Miraculously there were no injuries reported to anyone from this incident.
Marquez was arrested and booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center. He was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Shooting at/from a Motor Vehicle.
It’s what homies do, yo!!!!! It’s a miracle that the driver or anyone else in the Toyota wasn’t killed!!!! But hey, this is Albuquerque and New Mexico, so he’ll be turned loose in hours and nothing will come of this.
Good. Now kill the feral beaner.
He may consider, he’s a poor aim, stupid by choice, and now will lose his 2nd Amendments Rights, as a Convicted Felon… Attempted murder with a firearm is a felony, and he’s on State Police Video while in the “commission of a Felony”. Might be hard to deny, as the Courtroom erupts in laughter?
