At 5:00 AM on March 23, APD officers responded to 823 11th Street NW, finding a deceased male. One person is in custody. APD’s Homicide Unit is investigating the case. This is the second homicide investigation in 31 hours, following a preliminary justifiable ruling on a Friday incident.
