Albuquerque –

Just before 5:00 AM, on Sunday, March 23, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department were called to 823 11th Street NW for an unresponsive individual.

Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male at the scene. One person is currently in custody.

APD’s Homicide Unit is conducting a homicide investigation into this incident.

This is an ongoing investigation, and further information will be released as it becomes available.

This is the second homicide investigation in approximately 31 hours. The homicide on Friday around 10:15 PM at 901 Tramway Blvd. NE, was preliminary ruled justifiable.

  1. Has anyone else noticed that since Trump got serious about deporting illegals that our murder rate has gone up. This is due in part to short tempers by persons here illegally, knowing they could be deported at anytime.

    1. I’ve noticed that the comments here have gotten dumber. Idiots feel comfortable being idiots out loud when they can see their president do it every day on national TV.
