Albuquerque –
Just before 10 PM, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department and emergency crews responded to a serious crash involving a vehicle and a motorcycle near McMahon Blvd NW and Unser Blvd NW.
Upon arrival, responders found one person, reportedly the rider, with life-threatening injuries. The individual was transported by Albuquerque Ambulance Service (AAS) to a local hospital. Personnel from Albuquerque Fire Rescue Engine 22 and Rescue 22 accompanied the patient and AAS.
APD has closed Unser Blvd between Bandelier Dr and McMahon Blvd NW while the investigation remains active. Additional closures or traffic changes may occur as the scene is processed.
APD’s Motor Unit has been called out.
