At 8:30 AM, on May 12, 2025, the jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Andy Doreste-Saumell will be presided over by Judge Emeterio L. Rudolfo in Courtroom 620.

At 9:00 AM, on May 13, 2025, a status hearing/conference in the same case will take place before Judge Chavez in Courtroom 606. On May 15, 2025, at 8:30 AM, a jury trial for State of New Mexico v. Jayson Matthew Rael is scheduled to be held before Judge Chavez, with the courtroom location to be confirmed at a later time.

On May 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM, a jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Dominic Ivan Martinez will be held before Judge T. Glenn Ellington; the courtroom location is currently unknown. The trial will continue on May 13, 2025, at 8:30 AM, before Judge Ellington; the courtroom location has not been specified.
To reiterate, defendants are presumed innocent until they are convicted in a court of law.
