Motorcycle Crash Happens Near Coronado Mall

Albuquerque –

Around 11:40 AM, the Albuquerque Police Department and Albuquerque Fire Rescue were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash involving a pickup and a motorcycle on Menaul Blvd in the westbound lane between Dakota and Florida Streets.

AFR was able to provide medical attention to the motorcycle rider, and the rider was transported to UNMH. The rider had internal injuries and is expected to survive.

It appears the driver of the truck stayed on the scene to provide a statement to the police.
