NE Albuquerque – Apparently some cretins of society elected to turn an abandoned restaurant into their meth laboratory. Earlier today APD officers were called out to the old Fastino’s location at 2600 Juan Tabo Bl NE after neighbors witnessed suspicious activity going on at the building. When officers entered they found the interior of the building had been turned into a meth lab. We noticed some narcotics officers looking at items that they had removed from inside. The items seized appeared to be the ingredients and supplies to make meth. We could also see the cities code enforcement involved in the bust. No suspects appeared to be in custody at this time. It is unclear how long the wanna be Breaking Bad characters have been operating out of the old building.
