On 12-19-2023, at around 1:15PM, he departed for a doctor’s appointment driving a 2000 matte black Mercury Mountaineer with a temporary license plate bearing VIN # 4M2ZU86P4YUJ22082.
Augustine, who suffers from memory issues, is reported to be capable of self-care and knows how to contact his wife. He was last seen dressed in a navy blue sweater, dark pants, tan and black shoes, a pink jacket, and light-colored pants.

Just around 1:10PM, we received an email from APD that the missing person’s alert has been canceled. The email says: “Missing Person alert has been canceled. Augustine Ruiz has been located.”
