Around 3:30PM, the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check of a truck parked in the Home Depot property located at 1220 N. Renaissance NE. Upon arrival they found a dead person inside a vehicle on the eastside of the parking lot.
Deputies secured the scene around the vehicle and requested violent crimes detectives to come to the scene. Home Depot was not shut down for this incident and we could see people going in and out of the home improvement store as BCSO was investigating the scene.
