The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office is urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Emanuel Martinez. Emanuel was last seen in the area of Quail Ridge Dr NW and Paradise Blvd NW today, 7/15/24. He has a full beard, shaved head, and tattoos on his arms. Emanuel is believed to be driving a dark gray Toyota Tacoma with California license plate 72655G3. Due to medical reasons, law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
