Albuquerque –
On October 19th, 2026, a neighbor and his loyal Pit Bulls were able to pin a 25-year-old fleeing felon Frank King up against a wall while a sergeant and lieutenant arrested the felon.
According to the criminal complaint, the incident all began when an Albuquerque Police officer contacted a suspicious parked car with a female driver and male passenger. The officer detained the occupants and observed drugs in the lap of King. Officers found drugs and paraphernalia in and around the vehicle the pair were in.
While King was being detained he began the early signs of incarceritis complaining he had a stomach ache with the “runs.” As this illness swept over King, it was confirmed he had felony and misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. He then complained of shoulder injuries from when he was handcuffed by officers. Albuquerque Fire Rescue came to the scene and examined King. They deemed King fit to be transported to jail with no further diagnosis of an actual injury other than the make believe incarceritis disease.
Officers decided to adjust King’s handcuffs and that is when he saw an opportunity to flee from officers. King ran towards the 2700 block of Aliso Dr. NE. Albuquerque Police officer saw him parkouring from walls and roof-tops with a single cuff seen dangling from his left wrist.
Neighbors gave real time information on King’s whereabouts and at one point he was hiding inside the closet of a home. This neighbor grabbed him from his closet and hauled him out into the courtyard with some good looking doggies who looked as if they didn’t like trespassers. The helpful neighbor with the help of his dogs pinned King up against the wall and waited for police to come fetch him. An APD sergeant jumped the courtyard was was quickly assisted by a lieutenant and the pair of supervisors got the elusive felon into custody again.
King had brand new symptoms of incarceritis and now complained about neck pain. Albuquerque Ambulance came to the scene this time and took him to the hospital.
King was eventually cleared at the hospital and booked into MDC on breaking and entering a home, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer, and tampering with evidence.
