Albuquerque –
A jury today found Thomas Clark Jr. guilty of three counts of Second-Degree Murder for a deadly shooting that took place in August 2023. Prosecutors say Clark shot and killed Jonathan McGaughy and Genea Oliver while sitting in a car with them in the parking lot of an apartment complex near Zuni and Wyoming. He then stepped out and shot Randy Lovett, who was standing outside the vehicle.
After the shooting, Clark fled the scene and climbed onto the roof of a nearby building, where officers later found and arrested him.
