Man Chases Felony Cretin Out of his House, Police Catch Him in Backyard

Albuquerque –

On July 14th, 2025, the Albuquerque Police pulled over a vehicle near Gibson Blvd. and Washington St. SE in regards to an SUV who did not have a license plate. The suspect fled the scene and headed eastbound on Gibson Blvd. SE.

He walked right into my house. He asked me to hide him and his dog,” said a homeowner who spoke to us at the scene.

APD officers and the SWAT team started clearing nearby houses and located the suspect near the backyard of the 4600 block of Gibson Blvd. SE. He was taken into custody by SWAT with the assistance of a K9 unit. The man most likely feared the fur missile being unleashed at him and quickly gave up before he faced the consequences of chewed up extremities.

We will update this story when we have the identity of this man and the laundry list of charges he is most likely facing. Also, there was not a dog with the suspect.
