Man Dies After Late-Night Shooting on Eubank Blvd; APD Investigating

Albuquerque –

The Albuquerque Police Department dispatched officers late Monday night to a shooting call in the 400 block of Eubank Blvd NE. When they arrived, officers found an injured man who had been shot.

Emergency personnel transported the victim to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

We received messages from two individuals residing or employed in the vicinity indicating that the APD was still present at the scene as of 5:40 AM.

Homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting.
