According to a criminal complaint, the Albuquerque Police Department was called to the club in reference to the man making shooting threats and they wanted the man removed from the club. The man had an AR-15 style weapon system and told the security guard that he was a dead man because he was in the cartel. The man eventually left in a truck and headed out of the parking lot.

They described the man as wearing a blue sports jersey and blue jeans. When officers arrived, they spotted the vehicle at 2nd St. and Candelaria Rd.

APD officers were able to conduct a felony stop and the mystery man was in the passenger seat of the truck. He was taken back to the night club for a field identification, meaning seeing if he was the suspect involved in the crime.

APD officers tried asking the man his identity and he did not give up his identity. Officers took him to the crime lab to attempt fingerprint identification however, no successful matches were found for the mystery man.

He was charged with making a bomb scare/shooting threat and concealing identity.
