SW Albuquerque – Earlier today arrest warrants were issued for a couple accused in a deadly shooting at a Blake’s Lotaburger which we reported about last night. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Brittany Sena had made arrangements to pick up her daughter from the baby’s daddy Tristan Isaacs. Brittney said she was with her current boyfriend Christopher Rodriguez at Buffalo Wild Wings and she asked Tristan if he could drop off their daughter at that location. Tristan did not want to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and they agreed to change custody of their daughter at the Blake’s Lotaburger at Coors and Arenal SW instead.

Sena told investigators that at some point a fight broke out between Tristan and Rodriguez. She said she turned her back while trying to retrieve her daughter when she heard several gunshots. Sena then realized Tristan had been shot by Christopher.
The couple then drove away from the parking lot where Christopher cleaned off some blood from the car and the pair went home to shower. Deputies did contact the pair later in the night and were questioned by investigators who were investigating the incident.
Rodriguez is being charged with an open count of murder, abandonment or abuse of a child and tampering with evidence. Sena is being charged with child abuse and tampering with evidence.
