Possible Grenade Found in ABQ War Zone

SE Albuquerque –

It is common place to have grenades in a war zone. The Albuquerque War Zone seems to be no different. The Albuquerque Police Department was dispatched to a possible grenade on a property.

APD officials tell us that their officers in the Southeast Area Command were dispatched to the 7800 block of Central Avenue Southeast. This was in reference to a caller advising dispatch they possibly discovered a grenade on the property.

Albuquerque Police Department Bomb Unit is currently out investigating the incident. Roadways in the area may be affected by this investigation.
