Albuquerque –
On July 1st, 2026, Northeast Area Command officers were called to the area of 4601 Montgomery Blvd in reference to a car trying to get out of the Grantline Channel. The channel is narrow in space and impossible for vehicles to navigate. The car was revving its engine and eventually got stuck.
APD officers and police service were able to get the driver to get out of the car and have him stay at the scene. APD started the investigation into the incident. While on scene we observed a male outside the car inspecting the damage and seemed lethargic in his moments.
Officers spoke with him and he tried to explain how he got into the narrow ditch with his car. He explained to officers he was on his way to his friend’s house to play video games.
An officer performed field sobriety tests on the driver and he did not pass the test. He was placed under arrest and while walking by us he offered a brief statement:
“Lick my cunt, nigga. Hey and suck my dick.”
If this teen used that language in online gaming it would be more than likely he would be banned.
According to an APD spokesman, the driver was an underage teen who was arrested and was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center and the center refused him for booking. He was released to his grandmother.
Let’s hope grandma taught him better manners. The case was forwarded to Juvenile Probation Parole for follow up.
We will update this story if we learn anymore. It is nearly impossible to obtain court documents on the crime due to antiquated juvenile crime laws in the release of information.
