Elliott Estevan Peralta

In early November 2022, the FBI Violent Gang Task Force in Albuquerque executed a search warrant at Elliott Estevan Peralta’s residence and found two firearms, approximately 1,099 grams of methamphetamine, and 105 grams of blue “M 30” pills containing fentanyl. At the time, Peralta escaped the residence and he has eluded capture.

On November 7, 2022, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Peralta in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Elliott Estevan Peralta of Albuquerque, who is wanted on federal firearms and drug-trafficking charges.

Anyone with information about Peralta’s whereabouts should not approach him, but instead, they should contact the FBI immediately at 1-800-CALL-FBI. He is considered armed and dangerous.

A New Mexico state records search indicates Peralta has a violent criminal record dating back to 2008. A majority of the cases were not prosecuted and they were dismissed.
