APD Handling Homicide in NE ABQ

An APD CSI takes photographs of the scene of a 10/06/2023 homicide investigation.


According to the Albuquerque Police Department’s Sworn PIO Daren DeAguero, APD Officers in the Northeast Area Command are currently investigating a shooting that took place on the 3100 block of Eubank Blvd., Northeast. One person died at the scene.

As of now, no suspects are in custody. APD’s Homicide Detectives will be taking over the investigation.

While on scene we noticed detectives and investigators were focusing on a strip mall. There was a car that had red tape around it.

This is the 117th homicide for the Albuquerque Metro Area for 2023.
