APD Investigates Deadly Shooting at Apartment Complex

Albuquerque –

According to the Albuquerque Police Department, APD homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man discovered this morning in Southeast Albuquerque.

Officers responded around 5:20 a.m. to a report of a man who appeared to be dead. The man was found with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 920 Continental Loop, S.E.,. This location is near Louisiana Blvd. and Gibson Blvd. It’s also next door to the SE area command substation. First responders confirmed the man was deceased.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene to start an investigation. Additional details will be released when available.
