Albuquerque –
On Sunday, October 13, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department responded to the area of Cochiti Rd SE & Britt St SE. At this time, we do not know why they were called to this area.
However, when officers arrived, they reportedly encountered an individual with a firearm. At some point, a person with the firearm discharged their weapon towards responding officers. It wasn’t a drive by. There was a single gunshot before 11:40pm. Then cops drove by once. Then 5 more shots and cops where here at 11:40pm.
I live in the same mobile home park. So we heard it loud. We also have ring video of when the cops arrived. But you can only hear them and not see much.
