BCSO Responds to Minor Traffic Incident at 4th and Golden Meadows

At 9:05AM, deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a traffic accident with minor injuries near 4th and Golden Meadows. Upon arrival, deputies determined that a slow-moving vehicle had reportedly struck a child pedestrian. This accident occurred near a school, so the vehicle that hit the child was purportedly traveling at a reduced speed due to the school zone.

Emergency responders transported the child to a local area hospital, but early indications are that the child is okay.

Drivers may experience minor traffic delays due to the incident.
