Albuquerque, NM – The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office is committed to the pursuit of justice. The week of June 12, 2023, there are four jury trials taking place in Bernalillo County.

· Criminal Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree (In the Commission of a Felony) 2 counts
· Demanding or Receiving Bribe by Public Officer or Employee
· False Imprisonment
· Violation of Ethical Principles of Public Service (Requesting or Receiving Thing of Value)
