Bernalillo Co. DA’s Office – Jury Trials For the Week of June 2, 2025

The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office is committed to the pursuit of justice.  The week of June 2, 2025 there are six jury trials taking place in Bernalillo County.

Jaime Sandoval-Gonzalez 

Case Number: D-202-CR-2021-01484

• Felony Sexual Offenses         

The case State of New Mexico v. Jaime Sandoval-Gonzalez (D-202-CR-2021-01484), involving felony sexual offenses, is scheduled for a court appearance before Judge Joseph A. Montano in Courtroom 416 on June 4, 2025, at 8:30 AM. The jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Jaime A. Sandoval-Gonzalez, presided over by Judge Joseph A. Montano, will continue on June 5 and June 6, 2025, at 8:30 AM in Courtroom 416.

Dakota Joseph Frank Hubler

Case Number: D-202-CR-2024-00274

• Felony Sexual Offenses             

Judge Emeterio L. Rudolfo will preside over the felony sexual offenses case State of New Mexico v. Dakota Joseph Frank Hubler (D-202-CR-2024-00274) in Courtroom 338 on June 2, 2025, at 8:30 AM. On June 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Dakota Joseph Frank Hubler will continue in Courtroom 420.  

Dominic Padilla

Case Number: D-202-CR-2024-02611

• Felony Public Safety Offenses         

Judge Matthew E. Chavez will hear the felony public safety offenses case State of New Mexico v. Dominic Padilla (D-202-CR-2024-02611) in Courtroom 620 on June 5, 2025, at 8:30 AM. 

Daniel Ralph Martinez

Case Number: D-202-CR-2024-03192

• Felony Crimes Against Persons       

The felony crimes against persons case State of New Mexico v. Daniel Ralph Martinez (D-202-CR-2024-03192) will be heard by Judge Bruce C. Fox in Courtroom 706 on June 4, 2025, at 1:30 PM. A jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Daniel Ralph Martinez is scheduled to continue on June 5, 2025; June 6, 2025; and June 9, 2025, at 9:00 AM each day in Courtroom 706.

Sergio Silguero

Case Number: D-202-CR-2024-02558

• Felony Crimes Against Persons          

Judge Matthew E. Chavez will preside over the felony crimes against persons case State of New Mexico v. Sergio Silguero (D-202-CR-2024-02558) in Courtroom 620 on June 2, 2025, at 8:30 AM. On June 4, 2025, at 8:30 AM, the jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Sergio Silguero will continue in Courtroom 620.

Jaycob Michael Price

Case Number: D-202-CR-2017-04109

• Felony Homicide 

On June 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM, a jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Jaycob Michael Price (Case No. D-202-CR-2017-04109) will be presided over by Judge Bruce C. Fox in Courtroom 706. This jury trial is continuing from last week.

Courts presume that the defendant is innocent unless and until the prosecution secures a conviction through due process.
