On May 27, 2025, at 8:30 AM, and again on May 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM, a jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Jaycob Michael Price, presided over by Judge Bruce C. Fox, is scheduled to take place in Courtroom 416

Case Number: D-202-CR-2022-01508
- Criminal Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree (Results in Personal Injury)
Judge Emeterio L. Rudolfo will preside over a jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Daniel Nieto on May 27, 2025, at 8:30 AM in Courtroom 338.
Omar Navarro-Flores
Case Number: D-202-CR-2019-01454
- Criminal Sexual Penetration in the Fourth Degree (Personal Injury)
- Kidnapping (No Intent to Commit Sex Offense)
- Aggravated Assault (Deadly Weapon)
Judge Clara Moran will preside over the jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Omar Navarro-Flores, scheduled to begin on May 27, 2025, and continue daily through May 30, 2025, at 8:30 AM each day in Courtroom 402
Michael Joseph Thompson
Case Number: D-202-CR-2023-00072
- Felony Domestic Violence
On May 27, 2025, at 8:30 AM, a jury trial in the case of State of New Mexico v. Michael Joseph Thompson will be held in Courtroom 606, presided over by Judge Matthew E. Chavez; the trial will continue on May 29, 2025, at 8:30 AM in Courtroom 602.
To reiterate, the court presumes defendants innocent until it convicts them.
