Albuquerque –
On December 23, 2024, Steven Keliiaa was shot and killed near the intersection of Dallas and Menaul. The Albuquerque Police Department has identified two suspects in the case and needs assistance locating Francisco Garcia-Franco and Javier Irigoyen.
According to APD, warrants for the murder of Mr. Keliiaa have been issued for both Francisco Garcia-Franco and Javier Irigoyen. Francisco Garcia-Franco also has an unconfirmed violent felony warrant for an unrelated case of Aggravated Battery on a Household Member with Great Bodily Harm and False Imprisonment.
Both Francisco Garcia-Franco and Javier Irigoyen should be considered ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS at this time, and citizens are encouraged to use extreme caution if they are located.
