Albuquerque –
Around 11:30 PM, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department responded to the Rio Volcan apartments, located at 1919 Ladera Dr. NW. Upon their arrival, officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound who was determined to be deceased at the scene.

APD homicide detectives are now investigating this fatal shooting.
In the last four days, there have been a total of five homicide investigations by both the Albuquerque Police Department and the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office.
