A day of day drinking by 33-year-old Isaiah Lucero turned into a charge of indecent exposure. On October 23rd, 2023, Albuquerque Police officers were dispatched just after 1:30PM in reference to a man in a tie-dye shirt and tan pants pleasuring himself in a lawn chair at an apartment complex.
According to a criminal complaint, as officers approached the south side of the apartments, they spotted a male matching the description provided – a tie-dye shirt, tan pants, and green boxers. The individual was sitting on a lawn chair with his pants and boxers down, engaged in some masturbating activities.
Officers immediately intervened and instructed Lucero to cease his actions and subsequently placing him in handcuffs.
Lucero was informed that he was under arrest for indecent exposure. Notably, officers also detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.
It is unclear from the complaint whether Lucero ever finished his intended purpose.
