Albuquerque –
On May 26th, 2025, Albuquerque Police were called about a shooting near the 340 block of Grove St SE.

The call came in around 1AM about a person suffering a gunshot wound. Albuquerque Police secured the scene for Albuquerque Fire Rescue to tend to the victim.
The victim was taken to UNMH with at least one gunshot wound. APD was able to take a suspect into custody.
The victim was last known to be listed in stable condition. APD’s Gun Violence Reduction Unit is investigating the shooting.
