Albuquerque –
On March 24th, 2025, at around 11AM, an Albuquerque Police Department officer in the Southeast Area command observed a vehicle with expired tags. The officer attempted a traffic stop but the vehicle fled from the officer. According to a criminal complaint, 44-year-old Donavan Neha was identified as the driver.
The complaint goes on to say, other APD officers began to help search for the vehicle and they eventually located it. Officers followed it around the area for several minutes. During his getaway attempt, Neha disregarded traffic laws and blew stop signs. Eventually an APD officer was able to deploy a stop stick on one of the tires.
Just like one of our previous stories Neha drove on three tires back to a house at the 300 block of Truman St. and pulled into the driveway. A female passenger and Neha then exited the vehicle. The drivers four-year-old son was in the back seat the entire time and officers found an open container of alcohol. Neha admitted he drank that day at 6AM.
Neha was charged with felony aggravated fleeing an officer, abuse/danger to a child, some moving violations, suspended registration, and having an open container in his car.
I hope he is in Jail ??
Some folks you just can’t reach….in this particular case Donavan should probably not be breeding. Best to clip his nads, tag him and release him back into his natural environment. Ain’t saying….
