Albuquerque –
APD says their homicide detectives investigated an overnight fatal shooting that resulted in the death of a man in Northeast Albuquerque.
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, officers responded to a call shortly after 10 p.m. regarding a man who had been shot in the 3000 block of Aliso Dr. N.E. This is near Candelaria and Carlisle NE. Police say they found an adult male with gunshot wounds and an ambulance transported him to the hospital. The victim died at the hospital as a result of his wounds.
Homicide detectives are now investigating the shooting.
