SW Albuquerque, NM – We are learning about a shooting incident which happened just before 10:00PM at a business called Mike’s Place located at 2425 Isleta Blvd SW. It has been reported one person was shot and has succumbed to their injuries on scene. Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputies are on scene securing the location and beginning their investigation.
The business is a popular liquor store which services Albuquerque’s south valley.
This is a developing story and we will add more when we learn more information.
For 2023, this is the 42nd homicide for the Albuquerque Metro Area.
