Albuquerque –
Officers from the Albuquerque Police Department are presently attempting to negotiate with a man barricaded inside of his residence in the 420 block of Evening Fire St SW. Earlier in the evening, the man was making threats to torch the residence while yelling at officers. From what we can gather, this incident has been going on since at least 6:30 PM.
Police are telling neighbors living in the area to stay inside of their home as police attempt to negotiate with the man. Streets near 98th street are being shut down to deal with this situation.
