NE Albuquerque –
Just after midnight, Albuquerque Police officers responded to a home in the area of Washington St NE and Hilton Ave NE about reports of a shooting, officers arrived and located numerous individuals with gunshot wounds, three of those individuals died on scene prior to officers arriving. At least one additional victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
According to an APD sworn officer and public information official Chase Jewell there is limited information right now about the circumstances that led to this massacre and no one is in custody. At this time, information is limited. This investigation is ongoing and the scene is active at this time. No one is in custody at this point.
