NW Albuquerque –
The Albuquerque police department responded to the 200 block of San Clemente Ave in response to a reported domestic violence incident.
When officers arrived, they were possibly shot at and the suspect fled. The man fled the area on foot, heading northbound from the residence.
According to APD’s civilian spokesman Gilbert Gallegos, there was a female homicide victim that was found inside the residence.
Witnesses say the man they are looking for is a black male with no shirt and sweatpants.
The male suspect is considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen in the area of 2nd Street and Griegos Rd NW by a responding CSI member.
This is the fourth homicide in a matter of 6 hours in Albuquerque. This is the 59th homicide for 2023 in the Albuquerque Metro area.
