Rollover Crash at California and Zuni Closes Road; One Person Reportedly Pinned

Transit Security Blocks Zuni at Louisiana for Crash

Albuquerque –

Just after 10:20 AM on Monday, November 18, an officer from the Albuquerque Police Department witnessed a vehicle crash into another car, which subsequently caused a rollover. The crash is at California St SE and Zuni Rd SE.

Albuquerque Fire Rescue dispatched two units, Engine 13 and Rescue 5, to this incident and Albuquerque Ambulance has one ambulance at this location. AFR was working to extricate one person who was purportedly pinned. At the time of this posting, we do not know the condition of anyone involved in the collision.

APD officers, Police Service Aides (PSAs), and metro security are blocking traffic in this area as the investigate. Reportedly, Zuni is closed between San Pedro and Dakota, but the road closures are subject to change.
