Albuquerque –
On July 19 at approximately 12:50 pm, deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a rollover crash on I-40 eastbound (EB) at Rio Puerco (MM140). Two occupants were pronounced dead at the scene, medical personnel are evaluating other parties involved.

All eastbound lanes of I-40 and the #1 lane of westbound I-40 are currently closed in the area.
