Albuquerque – The Albuquerque Police Department tells us that their SWAT Unit was working a situation involving an individual with an outstanding murder arrest warrant.
The situation happened on the 2800 block of Mountain Rd., NW. We have learned that the suspect eventually gave up. During a follow up interview with the suspect, it was learned he had committed another homicide recently and had the murder gun on him when he was arrested now.
