Albuquerque –
Officers from the Albuquerque Police Department responded to a dispute in the 800 block of Palo Duro earlier today and later located the suspect at a different location. The male subject barricaded himself inside the location.
SWAT officers were called to take over the scene and after the suspect realized he had no where to go, he gave up peacefully.
Tobias Chavez was arrested on domestic violence and damager to property charges.
