There is a motorcycle vs vehicle accident on I-25 northbound near San Antonio, according to radio transmission the crash is just south of San Antonio. The New Mexico State Police are on scene, and it also appears that bystanders are rendering aid to the downed motorcycle rider.

Albuquerque Fire and Rescue were navigating traffic to get to the motorcycle rider. Their exact condition are unknown.

According to NMRoads/NMDOT, at “I 25 northbound at San Antonio the 3 right lanes are closed due to a crash. Seek alternate route. Expect delays.”

UPDATE:

NMDOT/NMRoads has updated the lane closures, currently as of 3:35 PM, it says “I 25 northbound at San Antonio the 3 center lanes are closed due to a crash. Seek alternate route. Expect delays.” Closures are subject to change as this is cleared.

UPDATE 2:

Based on NMDOT/NMRoads photos, it looks like the NMSP has cleared this crash but remains in the left shoulder.
