Albuquerque –
Around 1:00 PM, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at Candelaria Rd NE and Carlisle Blvd NE. At least two vehicles were involved.

Albuquerque Fire Rescue was also dispatched to the scene. At least one person was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
APD has closed east and westbound Candelaria Rd NE at Carlisle as they investigate.
