The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office remains committed to pursuing justice, and starting October 13, 2026, three new jury trials will be taking place in Bernalillo County.

Jose Rutilo Munoz Munoz is scheduled for jury trial on October 13 and 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM in Courtroom 416, and on October 15 and 16, 2026, at 8:30 AM in Courtroom 402, before Judge Clara Moran.
Nyles Kensel
Case Number: D-202-CR-2024-01594
- Criminal Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree (Results in Personal Injury)

Judge Emeterio L. Rudolfo will preside over Nyles Kensel’s jury trial on October 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 338.

Ismael Abraham Martinez is scheduled for an All Pending Matters Hearing on October 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by jury trial proceedings on October 14, 15, and 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM each day in Courtroom 606 before Judge Lucy Solimon.
