Albuquerque –
Albuquerque City Councilors voted 6-3 to repeal the Albuquerque plastic bag ban.
District 4 City Councilor Brook Bassan is the Councilor introduced the bill.
It is unlikely Mayor Tim Keller can veto the bill as the city council has enough votes to block the veto.
