SW Albuquerque –
Around 10PM last night, a Bernailllo County Deputy found a down and out person at a Dion’s parking lot. Upon investigation the individual was deceased with stab wounds.

APD took over the investigation when the deputy radioed in the call.
This is Albuquerque’s 136th homicide for the year.
